Lowering the registration fees due to grant support
Similarly to the previous year, we have applide for a Visegrad Grant provided by the International Visegrad Funf in oder to obtain additional funding that would allow us to lower the registration fees. We cannot promise you anything at this phase however, we hope that on March we will be able to announce you a positive news about decreasing the registration fees.
What is covered by the fee?
- One scientific presentation with a possible post-conference publication
- Admission to scientific sessions
- Final programme and abstracts
- Full board (3x dinner, 3x lunch)
- Coffee breaks
- Social programme
- Accommodation in Hotel Malenovice for 3 nights: June 8 - June 11
Cancellations and refunds
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation:
- Cancellation before May 1, 2017: full refund of the registration fee less 500CZK (20 EUR) handling fee
- Cancellation from May 2, 2017 till May 31, 2017: refund of 50% of the registration fee
- Cancellation after May 31, 2017: no refund
