* ... STUDENT fee is paid by any participant (either passive or active) who is in a Bc, MSc or PhD study programme or has already finished his/her study less than 1 year ago.
** ... NON-STUDENT fee is paid by any participant (co-author, supervisor, acompanying person ...) not fulfilling the definition of a STUDENT introduced above.

What is covered by the fee?

  • One scientific presentation with a possible post-conference publication
  • Admission to scientific sessions
  • Final programme and abstracts
  • Full board (3x dinner, 3x lunch)
  • Coffee breaks
  • Social programme
  • Accommodation in Hotel Malenovice for 3 nights: May 10 - May 13

Cancellations and refunds

 
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation:
  • Cancellation before March 15, 2012: full refund of the registration fee less 10 EUR handling fee
  • Cancellation from March 16, 2012 till April 25, 2012: refund of 50% of the registration fee
  • Cancellation after April 25, 2012: no refund

Terms of payment

Terms of payment will be sent to each registered participant by e-mail.
 

Financial support

We publish official registration fees. However, due to the support of A-MATH-NET project we will provide participants by a financial support. Particularly, participants from institutions involved in the project (Brno Technical University, Masaryk University Brno, Palacký University in Olomouc, University of West Bohemia, Institute of Mathematics of AV ČR in Brno and University of Ostrava) will get a full compensation of the expenses and will not pay the registration fees. For details, ask the financial chair of ISCAMI 2012.

Up to a given budget, participants from other institutions will be also suported up to the full cover of all expenses. Please note, there is no automatic right for such support and the decision about the support will be made jointly by the A-MATH-NET team at the University of Ostrava and the Organizing Committee.


Submission of Abstracts

Active participants have to submit a short abstract of their talks due to the Submission of abstracts deadline. The abstract has to:
  • ... be up to the lenght of 1 page
  • ... follow the given template files (download link below)
  • ... contain authors names including their affiliations
  • ... briefly describe the content of the talk
  • ... be submitted either in DOC or in TEX (preferably) together with a PDF version

Important Information:

The Organizing committee will not provide participants with an invitation letter on the official form of the alien police for the EU visa purposes. The reason is that such official form assumes the University of Ostrava, as the inviting institution, to take all the responsibilites (even financial) for the invited participants. Due to safety reasons, the University cannot keep such responsibilities for purposes of the ISCAMI conference.

We ask the registered participants from non-EU countries with a visa obligation to take this limitation into account seriously!.
