* ... STUDENT fee is paid by any participant (either passive or active) who is in a Bc, MSc or PhD study programme or has already finished his/her study less than 1 year ago.

** ... NON-STUDENT fee is paid by any participant (co-author, supervisor, acompanying person ...) not fulfilling the definition of a STUDENT introduced above and not being a member of the Programme Committee.

What is covered by the fee?

One scientific presentation with a possible post-conference publication
Admission to scientific sessions
Final programme and abstracts
Full board (2x dinner, 2x lunch)
Coffee breaks
Social programme
Accommodation in Hotel Malenovice for 2 nights: May 13 - May 15

Submission of Abstracts

Active participants have to submit a short abstract of their talks due to the Submission of abstracts deadline. The abstract has to:

... be up to the lenght of 1 page
... contain authors names including their affiliations
... briefly describe the content of the talk
... be submitted either in DOC or (preferably) in TEX together with a PDF version
... be written in a standard 1-column, 12pt, A4 paper format
