We continue in this discussion the solvability of systems of partial fuzzy relational equations, considering missing values appearing in both antecedents and consequents. Similar to situations without partiality, we approach the equality degree (or solution degree) which represents how solvable a given system of equations is. When the system is unsolvable, we aim to adjust the involved data to improve the quality degree. We address this by considering the method of lifting the data according to a given threshold alpha, which is similar to the non-partiality case. The obtained results are positive, although additional conditions are necessary.
