In this talk I will discuss about the characterization and the quotient
structures of lattice valued multiset finite automata. We introduce
different congruence relation on multiset associated with lattice valued
multiset finite automata and show that each congruence relation associates
a semigroup with the lattice valued multiset finite automata.
