Theory of graded consequence was introduced by the present author in 1987. Since then several papers have appeared in journals and edited volumes. This theory may be considered as a variant of fuzzy logic but its difference with fuzzy logic is markable. In this talk I would like to focus on some of the basic features of this theory. We will present that metalogical notions like consistency, consequence, tautologihood may be in general graded. The formalism will be developed in an uniform way.
